A few things. First off - apply this man for a presentation course.
Then it is better if you structure your talk instead of just queueing one thing to the other.
Also keep the Meme-percentage to a minimum - they can lighten up the mood - but not at this rate.
The topic itself would be really interesting I think, but the content could probably cut down to 15 minutes and then be far more informative.
